In this episode of The Full Nerd, Gordon Ung, Brad Chacos, Alaina Yee, and Adam Patrick Murray wrap up the year with the holiday tradition of eating our own words.
Journalists make predictions all the time, and normally there are no consequences for being flat-out wrong. That’s not the case with the Full Nerd crew. We put our predictions where our mouths are—literally. To start this final yearly episode of the podcast, we go over the predictions we made at the end of 2022 for the year to come and subject our stomachs to various punishments for each forecast gone wrong.
How accurate was the crew? Let’s just say Brad wiped away a lot of tears on tissue paper, which he promptly ate. Lots.
After we finishing reaping what our 2022 mouths sowed, it’s time to turn our gaze forward once again. Each member of the gang came armed with a fresh plate of predictions for 2024, while Adam turned his crystal ball (and intestinal fortitude) over to the wisdom of viewers who watched the episode live. We called a lot of shots. Will we land them?
