Although it uses the Unisoc Tiger T606 processor, which arrived in 2019, the Oscal Pad 15 is a new tablet that ships loaded with Android 13-based software. Its highlights include a generous 8,280 mAh battery, a pair of 13/16 MP cameras, as well as 256 GB storage space. Early bird prices start at US$149.99.
Oscal’s Pad 13 has just received a successor, namely Oscal Pad 15. This new slate employs the venerable Unisoc Tiger T606 SoC, but has quite a few attributes that make it stand out of the crowd of Android tablets that use the same octa-core chip. According to its makers, the Oscal Pad 15 focuses on four areas. These areas are entertainment, efficiency, camera, and convenience.
In addition to the aforementioned processor, the Oscal Pad 15 comes with a 10.36-inch IPS display with 2,000 X 1,200 pixels, 4G LTE connectivity, a 16 MP selfie shooter alongside a 13 MP main camera, Android 13-based DokeOS_P 3.0, dual speakers, a bundled stylus, Widevine L1 support, as well as 8 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage (with microSD support up to 512 GB).
The generous 8,280 mAh battery supports 33 W fast charging and provides up to 20 days of standby or 5 hours autonomy while gaming/watching videos, 6 hours of web browsing, 18 hours of playing music, as well as 35 hours of audio calls. The level of performance is adequate for the given hardware, as this slate reportedly hits 276,644 AnTuTu Benchmark points.
Those interested can get the Oscal Pad 15 starting at an early bird price of US$149.99 until September 26 via AliExpress (depending on the market, this price might be higher). The first 200 orders also get a free Bluetooth keyboard.

In my early school days, I hated writing and having to make up stories. A decade later, I started to enjoy it. Since then, I published a few offline articles and then I moved to the online space, where I contributed to major websites that are still present online as of 2021 such as Softpedia, Brothersoft, Download3000, but I also wrote for multiple blogs that have disappeared over the years. I’ve been riding with the Notebookcheck crew since 2013 and I am not planning to leave it anytime soon. In love with good mechanical keyboards, vinyl and tape sound, but also smartphones, streaming services, and digital art.
