Vivo has started selling the X100 and X100 Pro, its latest flagship smartphones. The Vivo X100 pair not only showcase MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 chipset but also LPDDR5T RAM. Vivo equips the X100 and X100 Pro with plenty of other flagship hardware too, although the latter has better cameras than the former.
Vivo has finally unveiled the X100 series, which consists of just the X100 and X100 Pro for now. Fundamentally, the pair rely on the same hardware, including a Dimensity 9300 chipset that MediaTek unveiled earlier this month. Vivo also equips both handsets with LTPO AMOLED displays, which measure 6.78-inches across, output at 1,260 x 2,800 pixels, deliver 120 Hz refresh rates and peak at 3,000 nits like the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro.
Vivo includes identical 32 MP front-facing and 50 MP ultra-wide-angle cameras too, with the latter offering a 119˚ FOV with a 15 mm equivalent focal length across a 1/2.76-inch sensor. Moreover, the pair complement their flagship chipsets with LPDDR5T RAM and UFS 4.0 flash storage, the former a first for smartphones and a RAM type that boasts 9.6 Gbps peak transfer speeds. However, the X100 and X100 Pro differ in the following areas:

The Vivo X100 series starts at CNY 3,999 (~US$549) for the X100 with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. For reference, Vivo charges up to CNY 5,099 (~US$700) for the same device with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. By contrast, the X100 Pro costs at least CNY 4,999 (~US$686) and rises to CNY 5,999 (~US$824) for the same memory configurations. Unfortunately, Vivo has not commented on global availability yet, which also applies to the new Vivo Watch 3. Please see the images below for full pricing details.
