Walmart Black Friday Deals: Shop Early Sales Now and Snag a Sneak Peek of Upcoming Deals
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Thanksgiving is fast approaching, and for bargain hunters everywhere that means Black Friday is nearly here. The shopping event delivers some of the lowest prices of the year at major retailers from coast to coast. But some retailers, including Walmart, have already discounted thousands of items with early Black Friday deals, offering big savings on everything from tech to home goods to toys and more. Whether you want to stock up on everyday essentials, replace a worn out appliance or just want to freshen up your guest room before company arrives, Walmart has plenty of home items currently on sale both in-store and online. That’s in addition to the wide variety of tech and toy sales that can make it more affordable to upgrade your devices or get a head start on holiday gift giving.

Walmart really does offer a huge variety of items so finding the best prices can be daunting. That’s why our team of more than a dozen shopping editors will be working round-the-clock to call out the best deals we can find. We’re putting in hundreds of hours each week (515 to be exact) to make sure you don’t miss a thing. Daily deals are dropping, and with the official Black Friday sale launching tomorrow, Nov. 22, even more savings are in store, so keep an eye on this page because we’re keeping it as up-to-date as possible to make sure you see the best deals first.

Are early Black Friday sales a good time to buy?

Many retailers start “Black Friday” sales as early as Halloween, or even earlier. The quality of deals can vary early on, but as November progresses, many of the deals are as good as the deep discounts you’ll see during Thanksgiving weekend. See the best Black Friday deals we’ve found, and keep up with all the latest deals with our full Black Friday live blog coverage.

Walmart Black Friday Deals coming soon

The next phase of Walmart’s Black Friday sale kicks off tomorrow, Nov. 22, but the retailer is giving shoppers a sneak peek at what’s to come. Here are some of our top picks — some already live, some going live on Wednesday.

apple-watch-se-2

Apple’s current-gen Apple Watch SE will hit a new low price on Nov. 22 at Walmart, making it an incredible value for a beginner smartwatch.

airpods-pro-2-bf

Another Apple deal sure to be popular on Nov. 22 applies to the AirPods Pro. These are the Lightning-equipped, second-gen version, but if you don’t mind these over the almost identical USB-C version you can save a packet.

The 55-inch TCL 4-Series 4K Roku TV is displayed against a yellow background.

It’s kind of wild that you can nab a 55-inch 4K smart TV for under $190, but that will be exactly the case come Nov. 22 when this Roku-powered TCL set drops to $188.

beats-studio-3

Though these aren’t the latest and greatest Beats cans these days, at $99 you can hardly complain with an over-ear design, active noise cancellation and up to 22-hour battery life.

roku-le

Add Roku’s easy-to-use streaming interface to any TV with this HD streamer down to only $17. This is a Walmart-exclusive product, so you won’t find this deal elsewhere.

When is Walmart’s Black Friday sale?

Walmart’s online Black Friday sale kicked off on Nov. 8. Its next major tranche of deals is slated to go live online at noon PT (3 p.m. ET) on Nov. 22. Walmart Plus members can get in on the savings three hours earlier, from 9 a.m. PT (noon ET), before the deals open to the general public. More Black Friday deals kick off at 6 a.m. on Nov. 24, local time. Online-only Cyber Monday deals close things out on Nov. 26. Don’t forget: All Walmart stores are closed on Thanksgiving Day.

Are Walmart Black Friday deals available in store?

Yes, Walmart will be offering in-store savings for Black Friday, though deals will be available exclusively online for a few days before store availability begins. For example, the deals launching on Nov. 22 online won’t be available in stores until Black Friday itself on Nov. 24. While that gives you a second chance to score any deals you missed out on online, it’s best to shop early to avoid disappointment. Walmart’s Cyber Monday sale will be an all-online affair.
