Xiaomi revealed the launch date of its first flip foldable – Mix Flip. It will be this Friday, July 19, and the device will arrive alongside the already confirmed Mix Fold 4 and Redmi K70 Ultra.
The company also posted some specs of the Mix Flip on its Weibo page, including the chipset, battery capacity, and some key images.
Xiaomi Mix Flip
The Mix Flip will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 – the same chipset that powers the Xiaomi 14 flagships. The device will have cameras co-developed with Leica, and one of them will have a “large aperture,” but we don’t get the exact details just yet.
The battery capacity is said to be 4,780 mAh, which is only matched by the Honor Magic V Flip among flip phones.
In a separate post, Xiaomi also shared that the phone will have UFS 4.0 storage, LPDDR5X RAM and a 3D vapor chamber for cooling. The flip foldable will have a 4″ cover screen with 1240p resolution and 1,600 nits brightness.
