On March 12th, Xiaomi‘s car launch event officially announced that it will be scheduled for March 28th in 29 cities nationwide, with 59 stores simultaneously opening reservations for the Xiaomi SU7.
As the first product of Xiaomi‘s car, the Xiaomi SU7 is positioned as a coupe model. The car has a sporty appearance and a highly technological interior. The single-motor version has 299 horsepower, while the dual-motor version has 673 horsepower, with a range of up to 668-800km.
The Xiaomi SU7 is positioned as a high-performance eco-technology sedan in the C segment, with a length of 4997mm, wheelbase of 3000mm, width of 1963mm, height of 1440mm, and drag coefficient Cd of 0.195.
Xiaomi SU7’s ‘Smart Cockpit’ is equipped with a five-screen linkage system, using the Snapdragon 8295 cockpit chip, and running on Xiaomi HyperOS. The car screen adopts a 16.1-inch 3K resolution screen, supports CarPlay and AirPlay, as well as a HUD and a 7.1-inch flip dashboard. In the rear row, you can also mount Xiaomi‘s tablet Pad as an extended screen, which supports Apple iPad.
In addition, the SU7 also retains most of the physical buttons, making common functions more convenient to operate. In addition, it will be equipped with ambient lighting, sporty Nappa leather seats, a 5.35 square meter glass roof, a 15-speaker sound system, and more.
In terms of power, the Xiaomi SU7 dual-motor version has a maximum power of 673 horsepower, 0-100km/h acceleration time of 2.78 seconds, equipped with a 101kWh capacity lithium battery from CATL Ningde era, and a CLTC range of 800km. The single-motor version has a maximum power of 299 horsepower, an acceleration time from 0-100km/h in 5.28 seconds, equipped with a 73.6kWh capacity lithium iron phosphate battery from Farasis Technology, and a CLTC range of 668km.
