With Taylor Swift ’s album The Tortured Poets Department just days away from being released, this summer looks set to be a great one for fans of the Shake It Off singer. Besides being treated to 16 new songs, Taylor is set to bring her legendary The Eras Tour to the UK later this summer – and the countdown is well and truly on.
With the UK leg of The Eras Tour kicking off in Edinburgh on Friday, 7 June, Taylor will go on tour perform in cities including Liverpool and Cardiff before rounding off the string of dates and London’s Wembley Stadium on Tuesday, 20 August.

When tickets went on sale back in August 2023 they quickly sold out, though that doesn’t mean that you can’t still be in with a chance of seeing the megastar perform the biggest hits from her 18-year career.
Even though tickets to Taylor’s UK shows are pretty much gone, Ticketmaster is selling official resale tickets for her 2024 summer tour when they’re up for grabs, so it’s worth keeping an eye on the site.
Plus, while AXS and Ticketmaster are the official websites to buy and resell The Eras Tour tickets, you may need to look elsewhere if you want to grab a resale ticket, depending on availability.
Websites such as Vivid Seats allow fans to buy spare tickets from other fans, though there are other resale websites you can browse.

When it comes to buying resale tickets of any kind, it’s important to stay vigilant in order to stop yourself from falling for ticket scammers and experts have warned about the dangers of buying from social media.
“Fraudsters sometimes create fake social media profiles to give the illusion of a genuine fan selling a ticket,” the Express reports viagogo’s experts as saying. “With a story behind why they can no longer attend and try to rush fans into transferring money.”
They also advised Swifties to use a credit card where possible when making purchases. “Using a credit card to make your purchase offers an added layer of security since most are obliged to offer a refund if your purchase doesn’t arrive or is faulty (over £100 and up to £30,000),” they added.
Should you buy resale tickets?
It’s important to note that Ticketmaster, AEG and AXS have all stated that their tickets should not be resold and that your The Eras Tour tickets could end up not being valid if they were found to be bought second-hand.

“The only way to obtain a valid ticket for Taylor Swift’s shows is via the approved ticket agents. In the UK, the approved ticket agents are: Ticketmaster, AXS or directly through the venue’s website. In Ireland, the approved ticket agent is Ticketmaster.
“Any tickets found to be purchased via resale on the non-official secondary market will not be valid for entry into the concerts and will be cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale,” AXS has said.
But if you can’t get your hands on tickets to see the show in person, you can still stream Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour film from the comfort of your own home on Disney+.
