Tinubu Host NCC Boss, MTN Group Chairman at Aso Rock Villa
President Bola Tinubu met with Mr. Jonas Mcebisi, the Group Chairman of MTN, accompanied by his team, and Dr. Umar Garba Danbatta, the Executive Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).
The meeting took place on Friday, with discussions held behind closed doors at the State House in Abuja.
MTN, one of Nigeria’s leading telecommunications companies, is among the two major operators in the country that have been granted licenses to operate 5G networks by the NCC.
