The exquisite new selection of non-alcoholic mocktails combines the skills of COYA’s expert mixologists, with the premium flavours of Lyre’s diverse range of alcohol-free spirits.

COYA, the world-renowned Peruvian lifestyle experience, has partnered with Lyre’s to develop a unique and exclusive ‘Dry January’ mocktail menu.

Inviting everyone to start 2024 on a healthy and elegant note, the exquisite new selection of non-alcoholic mocktails combines the skills of COYA’s expert mixologists, with the premium flavours of Lyre’s diverse range of alcohol-free spirits.

These exceptional beverages will be served across all COYA locations, including London Mayfair, London City, Marbella, Barcelona, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh, and Paris, starting from the New Year.

Providing an array of refreshing concoctions, the new menu is available to sample at COYA Abu Dhabi’s beautiful Pisco Bar, and across all eleven of the brand’s global restaurants, including in destinations as far as London, Marbella, Barcelona, Monaco, Paris and Mykonos.

Offering a fun way for guests to invest in their wellness and partake in the global ‘Dry January’ movement, COYA and Lyre’s are proud to unveil four different, Peruvian-inspired mocktails that are sure to delight those of all tastes.

“I am thrilled to officially confirm that COYA is set to launch its new Global Non-alcoholic Cocktail Program on January 1, 2024, coinciding with our engaging Dry January activation.” Gregoire, COYA’s Head of Mixology, has crafted four exquisite non-alcoholic cocktails using premium ingredients such as Lyres London Dry, Amaretti, Dark Cane, Coffee, Italian Spritz, and Classico. “Recognizing the evolving preferences of our customers, we’ve observed a notable shift toward non-alcoholic options that go beyond conventional mixed, sugary fruit juices. A well-crafted alcohol-and-guilt free cocktail is very much appreciated, and we are committed to provide them using the highest quality ingredients.”

Founded in the UK, available in over 100 global markets, and stocked in 20 of the World’s 50 Best bars, Lyre’s is one of the most successful independent spirit brands on the planet. Sharing COYA’s dedication to mixology, innovation and art, its globally renowned bottled infusions flawlessly replicate the original tastes of the world’s most-loved premium spirits.

Harnessing the powerful tasting notes of Lyre’s beverages and the unique Peruvian spirit of COYA, the collaborative ‘Dry January’ menu invites guests to treat their taste buds to bespoke mixes such as the uplifting Blossom Spritz made with COYA 0.0 Dry Vermouth and Lyre’s Classico, and the fruity Palomita, featuring Lyre’s Dry, grapefruit, chicha morada, chili, and Franklin & Sons grapefruit soda.

Those with a weakness for espresso martinis will adore the zero-percent Martini Espresso with Lyre’s Coffee Originale, Lyre’s Dark Cane, muscovado and cold brew coffee, while the Scarlet with Lyre’s Italian Spritz, Lyre’s Amaretti, pomegranate, lime and orgeat is sure to elevate every gathering.

Providing a guilt-free alternative for after-work drinks, weekend celebrations or relaxed sundowners on the Pisco Bar’s stunning terrace, the limited-edition, zero percent ‘Dry January’ menu is available to sample at COYA Abu Dhabi throughout January, priced à la carte.

To book your table, please call COYA Abu Dhabi on +971 02 306 7000.
