Save Your Home as Dynacat
Get ready to unleash your feline instincts! Developer and publisher Replayne has announced the release date of their upcoming title Dynacat for Steam and Xbox consoles. The game was featured in ID@Xbox Demo Fest 2023 and will arrive on Steam, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on 1 March 2024.
Dynacat is a fast-paced 3D action platformer with an isometric perspective. You will play as the titular protagonist and embark on an adventure to save his home from an army of robots. These armies, led by the Sepheron are also responsible for draining energy from the land and storing it in the form of magic crystals.
You will have two main abilities as well: A magical tether that can attach to many things with a variety of different effects. And a speed mode that allows you to run along walls and break obstacles.
The game features three types of stages:
– Action stages: Reach the end of the stage to destroy one of the Spherons’ energy extractors. You can choose to speed through the stages like a roller coaster or explore and look for secrets.
– Spheron stages: Battle one of the Spherons to take back control of an area. Identify their weak points and skillfully traverse obstacles to reach them.
– Special stages: In these stages, you have to collect several energy orbs and reach the goal within a time limit. Complete all the special stages for a special reward!
A demo version of the game is also available on Steam, so make sure to try it out.
