Will Park Hyung Sik and Park Shin Hye find their way back to one another on “Doctor Slump”?
“Doctor Slump” is a romantic comedy about two former rivals who reunite and unexpectedly become each other’s light during the darkest period of their lives. Park Hyung Sik plays Yeo Jung Woo, a star plastic surgeon whose thriving career suddenly falls into danger due to a strange medical accident, while Park Shin Hye plays Nam Ha Neul, a workaholic anesthesiologist suffering from burnout syndrome.

Previously on “Doctor Slump,” Nam Ha Neul and Yeo Jung Woo finally took the next step in their relationship and went from friends to lovers. However, their bliss was short-lived: by the end of the latest episode, Nam Ha Neul had tearfully broken up with Yeo Jung Woo.
In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming episode, the two former classmates share an awkward encounter as exes. In a moment reminiscent of their first reunion after 14 years, Nam Ha Neul and Yeo Jung Woo unexpectedly run into each other on the roof—and their complicated feelings at seeing one another again are visible in their eyes.
Yeo Jung Woo then cautiously extends a hand towards Nam Ha Neul’s face, and she seems to freeze amidst the heart-stopping tension caused by his sudden proximity.
“Yeo Jung Woo and Nam Ha Neul will experience the aftermath of their breakup [in today’s episode],” said the drama’s production team. “Please keep an eye on the future of the Woo-Neul couple’s romance to find out if their feelings for each other, which still remain the same, will be able to reach one another.”
The next episode of “Doctor Slump” will air on February 24 at 10:30 p.m. KST.
