Lisa and Lenny Hochstein are nearly over.
The now-former couple are close to settling their bitter divorce, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
The “Real Housewives of Miami” star and plastic surgeon entered into a marriage settlement agreement on June 23, court documents obtained by Page Six show.
As a result, all future hearings in the case have been canceled except for the final one set for July 27, 2023, when it’s expected that the pair will sign off on the agreement.
When reached for comment, Lenny told us, “If I did have a comment you would be the last to know” — despite the fact that he actually told us first that he was divorcing Lisa.
A rep for Lisa didn’t return Page Six’s request for comment.

Lenny, 57, filed for divorce from Lisa, 40, in early May after 12 years of marriage. The split quickly became acrimonious as Lisa claimed her now-ex-husband cheated on her with current girlfriend Katharina Mazepa.

“A few weeks ago, I denied [the divorce] because because I am trying my best to protect my family during this process,” Lenny told us at the time.
“This is a very difficult time, and I would ask for some privacy so that we can best take care of our children who mean the world to us.”

The self-proclaimed “boob god” vehemently denied any infidelity, despite a hot mic moment on the reality show that appeared to prove otherwise.
Throughout the divorce battle, Lisa consistently claimed that Lenny wouldn’t provide her with adequate financial support to take care of their daughter Elle and son Logan — even going so far as to allege she couldn’t afford diapers.
The judge sided with the reality star and ruled in April that Lenny had to pay the mother of his children $8,000 per month in temporary support.
As the divorce worsened, Lenny decided to file his and Lisa’s prenuptial agreement with the court in effort to have her move out of their Miami marital estate — but it revealed so much more.

The document, which Lisa was fighting to invalidate, stated that should the marriage last 10 or more years, Lenny must pay Lisa $1.5 million. For each year after the decade mark, of which there are two in this case, Lenny agreed to pay an additional $200,000.
The prenup also stated that Lenny should pay Lisa $10,000 per month in temporary support only if she “accepts” the divorce petition and doesn’t challenge it, which obviously was not the case.
It’s unclear how the prenup has played out in the settlement, but we hear Lisa is “being taken care of” financially.
