Shin Ha Kyun, Lee Jung Ha, Jin Goo, and Jo Ah Ram will be starring in a new drama together!
On January 24, tvN announced the cast lineup for its upcoming drama “Audit” (working title) including Shin Ha Kyun, Lee Jung Ha, Jin Goo, and Jo Ah Ram.
“Audit” tells the story of a cold-blooded audit team leader and a new hire burning with passion at JU Construction’s audit office where corruption is rampant.
Shin Ha Kyun takes on the role of Shin Cha Il, the head of the audit office at JU Construction. Shin Cha Il, who has no faith in people, has quick judgment, firm determination, and eloquent negotiation skills that overwhelm his opponents. Living up to his title, he is not swayed by emotions, blood ties, or region ties and is merciless toward embezzlers.
Lee Jung Ha plays the role of Goo Han Soo, a new employee and a representative of the MZ generation in Shin Cha Il’s audit office. Goo Han Soo applied to the audit team as a stepping stone to be dispatched to the Florida branch of JU Construction, but due to his team leader Shin Cha Il, his American dream is at risk. Unlike Shin Cha Il, Goo Han Soo is an affectionate and caring person who almost gets kicked out of the audit team because of his personality.
Jin Goo portrays the Vice President of JU Construction Hwang Dae Woong. Hwang Dae Woong, the youngest of the three sons of the JU Construction’s founder, has unrivaled charisma that can make anyone be on his side. Hwang Dae Woong harbors ambitions to surpass his older brothers and become president, but he is forced into a corner when president Hwang Se Woong recruits Shin Cha Il as the head of the audit team.
Lastly, Jo Ah Ram takes on the role of Yoon Seo Jin, another new MZ generation employee in JU Construction’s audit office. Yoon Seo Jin is an egoistic character who is focused on her success and is the polar opposite of her colleague Goo Han Soo. Yoon Seo Jin and vice president Hwang Dae Woong have known each other since childhood, but they act like strangers at the company.
“Audit” is set to premiere sometime in 2024. Stay tuned for more updates!
