The shooting for ‘Vaa Vaathiyaar’ starring Karthi began in March 2023. Nalan Kumarasamy, known for his ‘Soodhu Kavvum’ and ‘Kadhalum Kadanthu Pogum’, wrote and directed this movie which has remarkable anticipation among the fans and audiences.
‘Vaa Vaathiyaar’ filming is yet to be completed. Exciting news has emerged that the team is now shooting the final schedule of the film at EVP Film City, Chennai. Sources have informed that Karthi will finish up ‘Vaa Vaathiyaar’ by end of the June. He will jump straight into the production of Sardar 2 in the coming month (July).

On the other hand, ‘Sardar 2’ is the sequel to the 2022 spy thriller movie directed by PS Mithran. The makers are set to embark on part two following the huge success of the first film.
