Ennismore and Dubai Holding recently announced the forthcoming opening of Delano Dubai, marking a significant step in the brand’s international development. Scheduled to open in 2024, this first outlet in the United Arab Emirates will be located in the Bluewaters Dubai district.
The project follows the landmark agreement signed between Ennismore and Dubai Holding in 2023 to bring lifestyle experiences to Dubai. It follows the opening of Banyan Tree Dubai at Bluewaters at the end of last year.
Located on the beachfront, Delano Dubai will offer 251 rooms, including 84 suites, a beachfront pool and four distinct food and beverage concepts, including a collaboration with Paris Society for a restaurant and pool club. Inspired by the heritage of the original Delano in Miami Beach, the luxury property retains the signature elements of the brand.
Ennismore has also announced a long-term partnership with Cain International in 2024 to continue the global expansion of the Delano brand, which also includes the reopening of Delano Miami Beach.
