Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign raised $200 million after President Biden stepped down from the presidential race.
The Associated Press reports the 59-year-old raised the astounding number in just one week.

Kamala Raises $200 Million In Campaign Funds
You may wanna start calling the VP ‘Cash Up Kamala. She’s drawing in MEGA numbers for her campaign. The majority of the donations (66%) came from first-time contributors. These donations were made after Biden announced his exit from the presidential race and backed Kamala. Additionally, 170,000 volunteers are ten toes down for the likely Democratic nominee and her bid to secure the White House. The election is a mere 100 days away, and these individuals will call, canvass, and do everything in their power to ensure citizens cast their vote for Harris.
Citizens quickly shifted their support after Biden left the race. As previously reported by The Shade Room, there had been intense calls for the President to surrender the Democratic ticket. Harris’ campaign rally on July 27, initially intended for Biden, surpassed expectations. Hundreds of attendees at the Pittsfield, Massachusetts rally was projected to raise $400,000. However, they more than tripled the amount to $1.4 million. Kamala said she was the “underdog” during her rally speech, but the bankroll definitely gave big dawg energy.
Kamala Is Endorsed By Known Politicos
Bill Clinton, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi recently announced support for the Alpha Kappa Alpha. Furthermore, former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama said they had her back and her front. An endorsement video was released on Friday (July 26).
Michael Tyler, the campaign’s communication director, wrote in a memo: “The momentum and energy for Vice President Harris real — and so are the fundamentals of this race: this election will be very close and decided by a small number of voters in just a few states.”
Trump and his running mate, Senator JD Vance are trying hard to paint her as a far-left politician out of touch with mainstream America. The money that she is pulling in from supporters shows she has much more support than Donnie thinks. ‘Cash Money Kamala’ is on his coattails.
