How do you start your mornings?
Anchit Kapil: I usually wake up to the smell of coffee and fit in a quick yoga session before I commence work.
How do you like your coffee?
AK: I am very passionate about my coffee and like to handpick the right roast for the mood. My current favourite is Monsoon Malabar by Billi Hu.
What does breakfast look like?
AK: I am hardly a breakfast person. I do intermittent fasting, so the eating window begins around the evening.
What’s sitting on your bathroom shelf?
AK: My electronic toothbrush, body wash and face wash.
Your go-to grooming products?
AK: I am a simple guy, who’s just particular about two products: my favourite wash, which is Avene Cleanance and my hair wax by Kevin Murphy.
What’s your workout routine like?
AK: I practice yoga, which works wonders for me both mentally and physically.
Your day and night fragrances?
AK: Maison Margiela fragrance for the day and Diptyque Tempo Eau de Parfum for the night.

AK: I am more into learning, so I watch content instead of watching the news.

AK: I like listening to progressive techno as it helps me set the tempo for the whole day.

AK: ‘The Lean Startup’ by Eric Ries. My favourite quote from the book is “The only way to win is to learn faster than anyone else.”
