“Aperol Spritz Copper is how to do copper hair this summer. For those with lighter hair, achieving this tone may be relatively straightforward, requiring perhaps just a touch of toning to enhance the coppery brilliance. However, for darker hair, the process may involve lightening or bleaching to create a canvas that allows the copper tones to truly shine.”

Enhance your copper at home
If you just want to dip your toe into the trend without the commitment, Bleach London’s Semi-Permanent Proper Copper Super Cool Colour, £6.50 here, gives you a temporary auburn shade, perfect for brightening up already ginger hair, or for applying on top of lightened hair.
