Honey Lime Chicken

These delicious, sweet and sticky tenders are perfect served to your friends for a simple yet memorable dinner.

Ingredients

500g chicken tenders
1⁄3 cup honey
Zest & juice 1 lime

Method

Place the chicken tenders into a large ziplock bag and add the honey and the lime.
Seal the bag and massage until the chicken is well coated in the marinade.
Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Remove the chicken tenders and dispose of the remaining marinade.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat or heat your barbecue grill if you have one.
Cook the chicken for approx. 4 mins per side until cooked through and starting to get a touch of caramelisation.
Serve simply with small tortilla wraps, fresh slaw and a squeeze of lime.
