The essential oil appears to be the bergamot scent, which is well-known as one of the go-to fragrances for spas thanks to the oil’s wellbeing properties.
Bergamot is mostly used in aromatherapy for its cheering and uplifting qualities, helping boost your mood and create a more positive mindset. Not only does this help send you to bed in a great mood, but it also gives you that spa-like feeling that automatically instills you with a sense of calm.
