The Ottawa police are looking for assistance from the public as they look for a 55-year-old man who went missing Sunday evening after leaving his home near Prince of Wales Drive and Hog’s Back Road.
Scott Nickerson has medical conditions and there are concerns for his safety, police said in a news release Monday afternoon.

Scott was described as white male, 5-1 and 193 pounds with green eyes and short, grey and silver hair. He was last seen wearing a burgundy puffy parka with a hood, grey jogging pants and was possibly wearing an Ottawa Senators jersey.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts or who may have seen him was asked to call the Ottawa police at 613-236-1222. Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477 or at crimestoppers.ca.
