The Ottawa police are asking for the public’s help as they search for Daljinder Singh Bhullar, who was last seen at 2:16 a.m. Sunday near York Street and the ByWard Market Square.
Bhullar was described as an East Indian male, 5-7 and 180 pounds with a medium build. When last seen, he was wearing a plaid shirt — blue, red and white — with a grey top sweater, hoodie and blue jeans (clothing shown in photo). He speaks Punjabi, but no English.

His family is concerned for his well-being, police said in a news release.
Anyone with information was asked to call the Central District Investigations at 613-236-1222, extension 5166.
