Avocado aioli
Serves 12
Tip: Spread this aioli on your favorite sandwich or use as a dip with fresh vegetables.
Add 2 medium avocados.
Add 1 cup 1% cottage cheese.
Add 1 medium onion.
Add 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
Add 1 garlic clove.
Add 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
Add 1 teaspoon onion powder.
Add 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
Add 1 small jalapeno pepper.
Process until smooth.
Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
