TFE Hotels has announced the European debut of its Australian premium hospitality brand, A by Adina, with the opening of A by Adina Vienna Danube in 2025.
This marks the brand’s first expansion outside of Australia, three years after its initial launch. The new hotel will be located in the DANUBEFLATS tower in Vienna, Austria, featuring 108 premium apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom units.

The A by Adina Vienna Danube Hotel will offer guests a variety of amenities, including a bar, cocktail lounge, and restaurant with a terrace overlooking the Danube River. The fourth floor will host a wellness area, complete with a gym, Pilates/yoga room, two saunas, a quiet room, wellness bar, and a panoramic pool that is heated for year-round use.

The project is being developed by local firms S+B Gruppe and Soravia, in collaboration with BWM Designers & Architects, ensuring top-tier standards of architecture and design.

The hotel’s position in Vienna offers access to the historical city center, recreational parks, and Vienna’s largest shopping center. Guests will also enjoy recreational facilities nearby, including Donau Park, prime cycling routes, the Danube free swimming area, and boat rentals on Kaiserwasser Lake.
Antony Ritch, CEO of TFE Hotels, highlighted that the A by Adina brand will set new standards for premium apartment-style accommodation in Vienna. This sentiment was echoed by Asli Kutlucan, Chief Executive Officer of Adina Europe, who noted that the Vienna location will build on the strong reputation TFE Hotels and the Adina brand have already established in Europe.
The A by Adina Vienna Danube is set to open in the first quarter of 2025, bringing a new level of luxury and convenience to Vienna’s hospitality scene.
