Sliced charcuterie and international cheese board
Hendrix salad featuring rotisserie chicken, goat cheese, sweet tomatoes, avocados and dates
Potatoes and green bean salad with baby frisée, fresh tarragon and lemon coriander vinaigrette
Panzanella salad made with vine-ripened tomato and buffalo mozzarella
Hot station offering eggs benedict, Niman Ranch breakfast sausage, applewood smoked bacon, breakfast potatoes o’brien, grilled farmers vegetables, clam chowder, brussels sprouts with cranberries and toasted hazelnuts, and lemon ricotta pancakes served with maple butter and maple syrup
