A dispute over the purchase of farmland in Co Limerick for €1m that had been put up for sale by a receiver has come before the High Court.
Westglade Unlimited Company and Timothy Carroll claim that they remain unable to access lands at Ballycullane, Kilmallock, which they acquired from a receiver appointed over the property by Everyday Finance DAC.
