An Alaskan jury in the United States has found South African Brian Steven Smith guilty of two murders, one of which he recorded on video.
Following closing arguments on Thursday, the jury deliberated for less than three hours before finding Smith guilty, according to CourtTV.
Judge Kevin Mark Saxby of the Alaska Third District Superior Court read out the jury’s findings, which included guilty verdicts for two counts of first-degree murder, multiple counts of sexual assault and tampering with physical evidence, and misconduct involving a corpse.
