MANILA, Philippines: No Filipinos were hurt during the 7.5 magnitude earthquake that hit the Ishikawa Prefecture in Japan on New Year’s Day although some of them sought shelter in evacuation shelters, Philippine Ambassador to Tokyo Mylene Garcia-Albano said.
Garcia-Albano on Tuesday gave an update on the situation of Filipinos in Ishikawa during a Bagong Pilipinas Ngayon television interview.
