A COUPLE who wanted a bigger house and more land for their kids to grow up in have shared how they have transformed an old church into their dream home.
The couple have shared their renovation story via a series of videos posted to their TikTok channel @bb_acres.

The church, which was built in 1973 sits on three acres of land and when the couple bought it, was still fitted with pews an altar and a pulpit.
The couple said the church “spoke to them” because of all of the beautiful memories that have taken place inside and added that hearing local people talk to them about getting married in the church pushed them to want to breathe new life into the building.
The 4000 sqft building, which the couple have called their ‘chouse’ also had a spire on the roof.
However, the couple have assured TikTok fans who are concerned that the house may be haunted that there is not a graveyard in the garden.
To transform the church into their dream home, the couple have had to put in a lot of work and a year and a half after buying the property, still aren’t finished.
However, they have made a great start, by painting the walls, tiling the floor and creating walls so that the property now has five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The couple have gone for a black and white theme for their new home and have added white furniture with black handles.
They have also added in an enourmous double headed shower, tiled with stunning grey stone.
The downstairs is huge and is all open plan, with a massive island in the kitchen and stunning string lights hanging from the ceiling.
They also added a patio outside with a BBQ on it which will be perfect for warm summer nights.
TikTok users raced to the video’s comments section to share their thoughts on the couple’s renovation project.
One user said: “WOW, it’s better than I imagined. It’s gorgeous!”
Another user added: “The best foundation to build a home on. Beautiful. Congrats.”
A third user added: “The space…… I just love it”
