Jeong and another man were arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman. Reportedly, the boys had drinks with an unidentified woman.
According to an online report, they forced the lady to drink to a point until she became unconscious. Following that, they took the woman to another friend’s house where they sexually assaulted her until she gained consciousness.
On December 12, 2023, following the victim’s police complaint, Won Jeong and his friend were arrested and the investigation began.

TikTok star Won Jeong is currently in police custody as he was arrested on sexual assault charges. Along with his friend, he assaulted a woman sexually, and later she filed a complaint.
Following that, they were arrested and are being investigated. According to a recent report, an investigation is still going on and the first court trial is scheduled for January 17, 2024.
Until then, he must remain under the control of the police. If Jeong is proven guilty of the accusations, he may face seven years of prison time.
An online source has noted that Jeong and others refused to open the doors when the police came over for an investigation.
Due to that, the aid of firemen was required to arrest them. Following the preliminary investigations, Jeong’s case was proceeded to prosecution. More updates will be given later.
