Congratulations to Manchester United forward Nikita Parris, who has been named on the 2023 Black List.
The Football Black List was established in 2008, and recognises those across several categories who have blazed a trail for the Black community in the sport.
A panel of experts vote on figures who have been nominated by the public and Parris has made the list for 2023.

Joining the dynamic forward in being recognised for her impact are the likes of Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold and Chelsea Women defender Jess Carter.
Crucially, Parris’s inclusion is not just for her work on the pitch, but rather off it, with the former Arsenal attacker helping in the Manchester community alongside her role in Marc Skinner’s team.
