I think this a lot more will concentrate to be learning about how you can energise the brain in a better, healthier way. But, I think a secret, a basic secret which I felt I was given the key to in 1996 when I had learned about how one can increase the blood supply to the brain and therefore give it all that extra energy to do have all the brain functioning.” A ketogenic diet is one where a person consumes a limited amount of carbohydrates. This results in the body using fat instead of carbohydrates and helps to burn unnecessary fat from the body.
