Jordi Alba has completed a move to Inter Miami on a free transfe
Major League Soccer side Inter Miami have bolstered their squad with another former FC Barcelona star.
The Miami outfit have confirmed the signing of Spain international Jordi Alba on a free transfer

Alba will once again reunite with Sergio Busquets and Lionel Messi while he also played under coach Gerardo Martino during his time at the Camp Nou.
“Jordi is an accomplished, dynamic and experienced player that we’re excited to acquire to continue bolstering our squad,” Chief Soccer Director and Sporting Director Chris Henderson said, as per the club’s website.
“He has proven for over a decade that he is one of the best fullbacks in the sport due to both his defensive solidity and capacity to contribute in the attack. We know that he’ll help Inter Miami achieve the Club’s objectives this season and beyond.
The Spanish full-back spent 11 years with the Catalan giants, where he made 459 appearances and won 18 trophies.
Inter Miami currently find themselves bottom of the Eastern Conference standings in the current MLS campaign, having registered just five wins from 22 matches.
