Former Kaizer Chiefs coach Sergio dos Santos has heaped praise on Orlando Pirates coach Jose Riveiro after winning his third trophy with the Buccaneers.
The Spaniard defeated favourites Mamelodi Sundowns to lift theMTN8 trophy, his third in less than 24 months.

In his first season with Pirates, Riveiro managed to win the MTN8 Cup, and Nedbank Cup and finished second in the DStv Premiership table.
“Since he arrived at Orlando Pirates, he has quietly rebuilt the team, they made some very clever signings, and he has managed to put the team together consistently,” Santos tells KickOff.
“He has given them the direction that he wants them to play.
“There is no unnecessary pressure, everybody knows exactly what their job is.
“You don’t see him jumping up and down on the touchline going this way and that way shouting and screaming.
“He knows what his players can do, and they are doing exactly that.
“On Saturday in the final against Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates won because they were determined to hold on and keep things tight.
“It doesn’t mean because you are buying seven players then everything will be alright.
“When the coach arrived, he didn’t say much, he just took what he had and bought one player there.”
