Here is how to get the best out of the SoD Nightmare Incursions XP Farm.
Nightmare Incursions are a new “quest system” added in Phase 3, for levels 40-50, though they also have level 25 areas and level 50 areas. These new Incursions are the best way to level in Phase 3, and likely from 25 onwards. In this article we’ll go over what they are, but more importantly, the best ways to get XP.

We’ll get to the meat of this fast, the best quests to get are as follows:
Join a group
Do Recovery Incursion Field Report
Do this until you get 3x Pick Up quests and 3x Report Quests
Escorts are also ok
If you do the most optimal route, you can be in and out within about 6 minutes and earn the most possible XP. This route requires no killing of mobs, just simply gathering intel from NPCs or picking up items inside camps.
The main thing is to avoid certain kill quests. For Ashenvale a notable bad quest already is ” Ashenvale Mission II: Defeat Treants”.
