On May 22nd, it was reported that recently, OKKI, the intelligent workspace for foreign trade under Alibaba.com, held a product upgrade release conference and publicly unveiled the full range of OKKI AI capabilities for the first time.
It is understood that OKKI AI focuses on three core capabilities: intelligent marketing, customer management, and decision support, targeting all small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises.
Of note is that this version of OKKI AI will also launch an experience edition – OKKI Leads AI, allowing more small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises to benefit from using AI tools in a more accessible way.
OKKI Leads AI is described as a simple foreign trade marketing tool covering scenarios such as writing development emails, chat communication, and providing marketing strategies.
OKKI AI reveals its “report card”: In the past six months, the initial users of OKKI AI have seen an average increase of over 30% in both reply rates for emails written by AI and efficiency improvements in management. At the same time, reception times have been significantly reduced while conversion rates have tripled.
