On November 26th, according to multiple media reports, the latest design of Xiaomi retail stores has been revealed in preparation for the launch of Xiaomi‘s first car model.
It is reported that the Xiaomi SU7 has completed its application to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and will be officially launched in the first half of 2024.
From the exposed design drawings, it can be seen that Xiaomi‘s cars will be sold together with its 3C products in retail stores.
According to previous reports, Xiaomi is opening multiple positions related to car sales and recruiting new energy vehicle sales managers and Xiaomi car store managers in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, and other cities. Some city store manager trainings have already been completed, with the highest monthly salary for store managers reaching 35,000 yuan (approximatly ＄4,895).

Currently, Xiaomi Automobile has already started small-scale production and will officially begin mass production by the end of this year to prepare for its launch next year. Regarding the progress of Xiaomi Automobile, William Lu, partner and president of Xiaomi Group, responded that the production target for the first half of next year remains unchanged, and a second winter test will be conducted subsequently.
