The Acclaimed Final Fantasy VII Remake Will Get Comic Con’s Attention
Square Enix has announced that on October 14, 2023, at New York Comic Con, fans of the highly anticipated new story in the critically acclaimed remake project, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, will have the opportunity to attend a panel featuring the English voice cast of the game. The panel will be hosted by renowned voice actor and star of Critical Role, Matt Mercer, and will provide behind-the-scenes insight into the creation of the game and the characters. Attendees will also receive an exclusive poster featuring characters from the game, and a select number will even have the chance to meet the cast and have their poster signed after the panel.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is a standalone adventure set across a vast and vibrant planet, where players will control Cloud, Tifa, Barret, Aerith, and Red XIII as they escape from the dystopian city of Midgar into the wide world beyond. The game will be available on February 29, 2024, for the PlayStation 5 console.
