B&B HOTELS group is preparing to open its first establishment in collaboration with Avintia Real Estate in July, marking the start of a series of openings planned as part of their strategic alliance.
Located in the Nexum Retail Park in Fuenlabrada, Madrid, the B&B Fuenlabrada was completed in just 14 months after an investment of €10 million. This project is the first in a series of ten hotels that the B&B HOTELS group plans to open in partnership with Avintia.
The agreement between the two companies includes the creation of more than 1,000 rooms, all built by Avintia Real Estate. The next openings will include establishments in San Fermín, Villaverde, Getafe, Tarragona and Vallecas, as well as four other hotels in the Madrid region and Andalusia.
The new B&B HOTELS will be built using the avita industrialised construction method. This innovative technique cuts construction and delivery times by 30%, while reducing on-site waste by 75%, water consumption by 20%, and consumption of raw materials and concrete by up to 50%. It also reduces noise pollution by 50% and CO2 emissions by 40%, thereby minimising environmental and community impact.
With this expansion, B&B HOTELS is strengthening its presence in Spain and demonstrating its ambition to become a major player in the hotel sector in Europe. This opening marks not only an important milestone for B&B Hotels but also a significant evolution in the way hotels can be built and operated in a sustainable and efficient manner.
