Chris Brown and Quavo have had Saweetie trending for over 72 hours! Minutes after midnight on Tuesday (April 23), the Icy Girl seemingly responded for a second time to their allegations about her.
Here’s What Saweetie Shared
She hopped on X (formerly Twitter) and shared a screenshot of the general tab in her Instagram DMs. The screenshot is dated January 14 at 2:44 a.m., but a message from Quavo had sat unopened in the DMs for 21 hours before the screenshot was taken.
This was around the same time frame that Saweetie and YG had reportedly split. A source confirmed to The Shade Room on January 15 that the breakup was mutual due to their compatibility as friends and their busy careers.

It’s unclear what Quavo’s message says in its entirety, but a preview of it says, “Damn. We use to mean af to each…” In her caption, Saweetie wrote, “Hopefully the model he turns into me replies.”

What Does The Icy Girl’s Post Mean?
As previously reported, Breezy was the first to bring up Saweetie in his ‘Weakest Link’ diss to Quavo, released on April 20. While Chris didn’t explicitly name-drop her, he introduced two bars that seemingly referenced Diamanté’s stage name.
Chris seemed to imply that although Quavo allegedly bagged his ex-GF, Karrueche Tran, he did the same with Saweetie. He implied that not only did Saweetie have a sexual encounter with him, but she also allegedly gave him “tea.” To note, Karrueche previously denied having any romantic ties to Quavo.

In Quavo’s clapback to Breezy, titled ‘Over Ho*s & B*****s,’ the Migos rapper alluded to being unbothered by Chris’ claims about his ex-girlfriend. They dated from 2018 to 2021 before splitting for unknown reasons.
“I can take a model b***h and make her Saweetie n***a. Cr**khead Michael Jackson b***h you better beat it n***a,” Quavo rapped in the diss released on Monday (April 22).
THAT bar above seems to be why Saweetie blasted Quavo’s unanswered DM on social media.
A few hours after Chris released ‘Weakest Link’ last Saturday, the Icy Girl also implied she might have a clapback coming his way with her upcoming single ‘Nani.’
Neither man has directly responded to the Icy Girl since releasing their diss tracks.

What Does YG Think About All This?
On another note, YG has been hush-hush on social media about Breezy and Quavo dragging his rumored lady into their beef.
Despite their split in January, YG and Diamanté sparked talks of a rekindled romance during a steamy performance in mid-March. In the weeks leading up to exchanging “I love yous” on stage, YG had been sharing posts showing his affection for the Icy Girl.
In the last 72 hours, YG has left social media users scratching their heads, wondering if he’s still in the picture. Meanwhile, Saweetie is promoting and defending her music as the internet obsesses over who she has and hasn’t dated.
