The Xiaomi Smart Home Screen 10 is now available to customers globally via AliExpress. The smart home hub is compatible with many gadgets via Bluetooth 5.0 and IR. Other features of the touchscreen device include built-in speakers, for watching content, and a microphone and camera for video calling.
The Xiaomi Smart Home Screen 10 is now available globally via AliExpress. Last year, the gadget launched in China as a display for controlling smart home devices. According to the company, the hub is compatible with over 6,000 household appliances thanks to Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and an infrared transmitter.
The Smart Home Screen 10 has a 10.1-in (~25.6 cm) HD touch display, showing the status of your smart home devices and providing quick touch controls. An integrated microphone gives you further control options with Xiao AI voice commands. Xiaomi also suggests using the device to stream content from platforms like TikTok, with built-in stereo speakers. Plus, a 5MP HD camera with a 115° wide-angle lens lets you make video calls on the gadget. Other features include physical on/off and volume control buttons and privacy switches to turn off the camera and microphone.
The device is 37.5 mm (~1.5-in) thick and can be angled between 90 and 120°. You can now buy the Xiaomi Smart Home Screen 10 via AliExpress for US$187.91/£149.18/€199.43. Delivery to the US and UK is estimated for mid-December, while EU customers can expect to receive the gadget at the start of the month. It is unclear whether or when Xiaomi could sell the device via its online and physical stores in these markets at a later date. The gadget is somewhat similar to the Amazon Echo Show 8.
