I put it all over my face, remove it with a cotton ball and then rinse it all off with lukewarm water. Then I intensely nourish my skin with a good moisturizer,” she said.
She watches what she eats.
Bündchen is a big believer in eating clean and using organic products. “If you eat a bunch of greasy food, it’s going be hard to have really good skin,” she explained. “It is very important to drink plenty of water and eat food that comes from the earth, like fruits and vegetables, rather than processed food. All of this is reflected directly on the skin,” she added.
