Elm Co. announced in statement to Tadawul the completion of discussions as regards the social case surveying project, launched by the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development (HRSD) in cooperation with the National Center for Privatization as a Public-Private Partnership in accordance with the privatization process.
The awarding procedures will be completed in accordance with the applicable laws, the statement added.
The project will extend for five years with expected revenue at 25% of the company’s total revenue as per the audited financial statements for 2022. The contract value, which is not fixed, depends on the number of the surveyed cases.
There are no legal or financial obligations during this stage unless the contract is signed, and the company will announce any material developments in this regard in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations.
